This is the unity of people around food and a fire" - the words of the chief conceptualist of the kitchen, chef Andrey Matyukha. These two lines became the "mirror" of the project. The lack of electricity, mast firs, a cliff to meet the sunset, berries and herbs for culinary sophistication helped us to feel primitive and detached from civilization.
